I have seen pictures of matte nails here and there and immediately fell in love. And after I told my sweet mama about them she went and picked some up for me. This essie top coat is awesome because you can make any color matte. Love. It. I am also a devout fan of the Sally Hansen nail polish strips because of how long they last! I put a top coat over them and they will stay on (chip free) for about two weeks. Which is very impressive considering how much I wash my hands with my crazy kiddos. And since I rarely get a chance to do my nails- longevity is a must. I am pretty happy with this look so hopefully it lasts.
Side note: that Ulta "quick dry" top coat did not impress me. But it was only $2 so I can really complain.
